SecondHomeGroup (SHG) is the sole owner of the information collected on this Web site.
Registration
The membership form requires users to provide us with contact information (such as their name and e-mail address), and demographic information (such as their zip code). We use customer contact information to send the user information about our company and our sponsors, as well as to contact the user when necessary. We may use your Internet protocol (IP) address to help diagnose problems with our server, as well as to administer our Web site. Your IP address may be used to gather broad demographic information. We may use your IP address to help protect ourselves and our partners from fraud. For system administration purposes, we also log IP server addresses and catalog traffic patterns through our site and our members' sites. However, we do not link this information to users' personal information.

Our site uses cookies to identify your session only. You have the option to accept or reject the cookie, and your choice will not affect your ability to access our site. Our site's cookies are not linked to any personally identifiable information.

Like most standard Web site servers, we use log files. We send all new members a welcoming email to verify password and username. Established members will occasionally receive information on products, services and special deals from entities associated with SHG and our sponsors
Service Announcements
On rare occasions it may be necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance we might send users an email.

Service Provideres
Rentalcalendar.com may share personally identifiable information with the sponsors of this free site for the purpose of them occasionally providing you with offers of their goods and services. You always have the option to halt communications from our sponsors by terminating your use of the services provided by this site. This can be accomplished by sending an e-mail to accounts@rentalcalendar.com with your property id or username requesting that you be removed from our active accounts.
Business Transitions
In the event Rentalcalendar.com goes through a business transition, such as a merger, being acquired by another company, or selling a portion of its assets, users’ personal information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred. Users will be notified via email or prominent notice on our Web of such change of ownership or control of their personal information. If as a result of the business transition, the users’ personally identifiable information will be used in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection they will be given a choice consistent with our notification of changes section.
Choice/Opt-out
Users should send an e-mail to accounts@rentalcalendar.com if they would like to remove their information from our database and halt future communications.

Correcting/Updating/Deleting Personal Information
