| "What a fantastic time we had in Idyllwild! This is the second time our family has held their annual "Family Birthday Party" and as always this was the best ever. The weather was so beautiful so the pool was a welcome relief. From relaxing under the stars in the bubbling spa to watching our dogs romper around the fenced yard chasing the squirrels (the squirrels are faster!)and enjoying delicious BBQ on the patio, it was so nice to enjoy nature's wonderland! There was plenty of seating for all of us outside, we played ping pong, watched a few movies and enjoyed early morning coffee together to catch up. Of course, everyone wanted the swing, and a couple of us each enjoyed a nap or two on it! This has been a new tradition for us since our Mother passed away in 2007. It has truly helped to bring us all together and enjoy this annual tradition without feeling our great loss. Thank you MaryAnn for providing such a beautiful house with all the amenities for us to have such an enjoyable time. It was perfect! We'll see you next year!" |

"Thanks MaryAnn! We had an absolutely fabulous time! Very relaxing, lots of laughs and the dogs loved chasing all the little critters getting lots of exercise - we watched to make sure they didn't get anything. Ate a bit too much (of course). We'll be renting again soon after the first of the year!

| "We had an amazing time! This was our first time renting this cabin, and we will definitely rent it again. The pool and spa were wonderful, and it was great to have wheelchair access as my husband's parents were able to come and spend the 4th of July weekend with us. Without the handicap accessibility that would not have been possible. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us!" |

| "We will most likely be back next summer, probably a little earlier in the year, for another lovely weekend at the Cedar Street house. I've forgotten; does your other gorgeous place have a bedroom downstairs? One of our ladies has knee problems, and requires a place with no stairs, so that's why we picked the Cedar house. But I'd love to stay at the "chateau" as well." |

"Hi, Mary Ann,
Our stay at Cedar Street was very nice, everything we hoped for
based upon the information you provided about your Idyllwilde
"cabin."We had a wonderful time, especially the disabled member of our
group who appreciated not having to live with the usual encumbrances
she faces when she travels. We enjoyed the town and the very
friendly atmosphere as well as the great dining when we ate out.
I first met Idyllwilde in the early 60s when I attend classes at the
original art camp when it was owned and run by USC. I remember
how I grew to love the place. I'm happy it has maintained its
local charm and appreciate the way the arts have combined so
nicely with it.

"We really had a great weekend. The house was perfect for our family reunion. The handicap facilities were helpful as we have one handicapped person in the family; however, it would be most helpful if the bedroom screen door opened fully for access to the patio. The pool was great for the kids. They were occupied for the whole weekend.
