RENOVATED in December 2009, this fabulous, air-conditioned, first floor unit sleeps 12. This unit has no steps and is 'handicap friendly', but NOT fully ADA handicap accessible. The large, tiled full bath has been completely renovated and includes a roll-in, over-sized tiled shower with grab bars, an oak vanity, a floor length antique mirror, and a vintage oak book shelf for towels and toiletries. The eat-in, tiled kitchen was just renovated with all new appliances including a glass top, self-cleaning stove, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer and microwave. The kitchen has a lovely ice cream parlor set with black wrought iron chairs & solid oak tabletop. The fully stocked kitchen also has a blender, coffee maker, mixer, toaster, crock-pot, pancake griddle, pots & pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, kitchen towels and pot holders. The FABULOUS tavern-style dining room has two partially exposed brick walls, an antique fireplace mantle, a gorgeous, antique ball and claw foot, rectangular oak table with 8 chairs, and an antique oak sideboard. You will truly feel as though you are enjoying your meals in an early American tavern. The kitchen adjoins our completely enclosed courtyard with plenty of outdoor seating.
