The small but fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals including a full stove, refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silverware and cooking utensils, but no dishwasher. Bedroom 1 has a whitewashed pyramid bunk (double on the bottom and a single on top), a dresser, cable tv, two chairs and a small table. Bedroom 2 has a full size bed, art deco waterfall furniture, and cable tv. The cozy family room/dining area has a sofa, love seat, a ceiling fan, two kitchen tables with 2 chairs each (they can be combined to make one larger table), a coffee table, and 32 inch flat screen hdtv with cable, dvd player, PlayStation and games. Window air conditioning units are located in the family room and each bedroom.
